لئوناردیت چیست؟ لئوناردیت یک ماده گیاهی هوموس شده، بسیار غنی از مواد آلی، در حالت میانی تبدیل بین پیت و لیگنیت است. منشأ آن در دفن مواد گیاهی برای میلیون‌ها سال است و معمولاً در لایه‌های بالایی معادن روباز لیگنیت (زغال سنگ) یافت می‌شود.
